Audi Story CKD-Packaging

“For our worker in the international logistic the scanner-glove is a huge relief. They are more flexible and and can move well.”

Hartmut Bartsch
Head of CKD-packaging, AUDI AG

Audi Logistics Ingolstadt

With 566,646 cars built in 2015, the Ingolstadt parent plant is the Audi Group’s largest production facility. Here Audi prepares their vehicles for the international shipment.

In the Completely Knocked Down process the cars get fully disassembled and have to be packed in cardboard boxes. The worker verify every part by barcode scanning. ProGlove helps the worker in this task by giving them the flexibility to handle the parts with both hands while documenting them.
